Stacey & Stacey Optometrists offers a 30-day period in which you can return your frames, provided they are undamaged, for an exchange to the equivalent value of your purchase.
In the case of an accidental break or damage, bring your glasses in within 12 months of purchase and we will replace them with the same model at half the price. Alternatively, if your glasses have broken because of an inherent defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace them free of charge.
My prescription is not right.
We fulfil our orders as per the prescription details and specific product information provided. We don’t provide refunds to customers who have had their prescription at a third party Optometrist. A third party Optometrist is one who does not work at Stacey & Stacey Optometrists bricks and mortar store. If you had your eye test at Stacey & Stacey with a Stacey & Stacey Optometrist, we will refund you the purchase amount and additionally provide a free secondary consultation to discover why the prescriptions were not correct
